Description
Offers a psychological service tailored to the needs of African, African-Caribbean and Dual Heritage children (0-19 years) and their families across Nottingham. A team of counsellors and clinical psychologists see children and their families who experience difficulties such as anxiety, behavioural issues, ethnic identity issues and family relationship difficulties.
The team have an expertise in work with people from black communities. They are not psychiatrists and do not prescribe medicine. They work in a culturally sensitive way and offer a confidential service. The services are based on Radford Road and aim to be accessible to as many people as possible.
