Age Concern is the largest organisation in the county dealing with older people (aged 60+). This year we are celebrating our 65th birthday.
We offer a wide variety of services including Advice & Information on claiming welfare benefits, home safety checks, hospital discharge team, Community advocacy service, Harmony Counseling service, Kindred Spirits (helps make new friends through group activities) & Home Maintenance service (Greater Nottingham only).
