Description
Our services include supported housing services for young people, women and children fleeing domestic violence, teenage parents, people with a learning disability, people with mental health problems and Asian elders. Our floating support services provide support to people in their own homes in Nottingham City, Mansfield, Bassetlaw, Leicestershire and Derbyshire Dales. Our registered services are within the city and county. Our aim is always to place the individual at the centre of the the service, so that support is tailored to their wants, needs and aspirations and planned and reviewed with them.
Support is provided by trained staff who share the aims and values of the organisation. Specialist services include:
Asian Elders Services, Young Persons Services for Ages 16-25.
