The group meet at the Bridge Centre every Monday except Bank holidays, between 1.00 p.m. and 3.00 p.m. Services available are alternating weekly but include massage, nail art, healthy eating advice and relaxation. We also provide a children’s crèche and activities.
The group’s aims are about women supporting women by building self-confidence in local women encouraging them to get involved in their community. The group organises regular women and family building activities encouraging members to participate, at all level. The activities are cross-cultural and generational. There is no charge for attending however, the group do charge for drinks and fruit at 75p per person, Nail Art and Massage are £2.00 per person.
